Opening Plenary: The Digital Learning Summit

I joined the opening plenary panel for the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board’s Digital Learning Summit, helping set the agenda for a statewide conversation about artificial intelligence, digital learning, and institutional change across Texas higher education.

The panel drew on the Adapting to Innovation Playbook — a $350,000 THECB-funded guide I led — and its Agility Framework for helping institutions respond to fast-moving change without losing the plot on teaching quality.
